BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PAYMENT

A first payment of £100 or €100 for each week booked is required immediately on making the booking. The balance is due12 weeks prior to date of arrival. The due date will be notified on the first letter. We reserve the right in the event of balance not being paid by due date, to re-let the property. If bookings are cancelled deposit payments will not be refunded.

If bookings are cancelled less than 12 weeks prior to date of departure, clients will, if the property is not re-let, be responsible for some of the loss suffered. Payment acceptable in sterling or euros by bank transfer or sterling cheque CHEQUES MADE PAYABLE TO SANDRA FOSTER.

*We would appreciate it if guests could arrive after 2pm and depart by 10am in high season. At other times, we will try to accommodate people with earlier arrival times and later departure times when possible.
